This is the culmination of a long period where the painstaking work in the vineyard plays its part in obtaining fine grapes.
Around 20 people take part in the harvest, which often stretches across one or two weeks. Picking only starts after the ripeness of the grapes has been carefully checked.
Each plot will be picked, pressed, and vinified separately.
