Vineyards lying on the eastern slopes of the Roche de Solutré, limey soil with very many small stones on the surface, the result of recent erosion, but at depth it is loamy with a lot of clay. 100 % vinified in casks, 1/5 of which are new; vinified and matured over 10 months.

POUILLY-FUISSÉ les vieilles vignes

Comes from vines over 60 years old, a blend from three plots of the vineyard with complementary soil types located in the parishes of Vergisson and Solutré. 100 % vinified in casks, 1/5 of which are new; vinified and matured over 10 months.

POUILLY-FUISSÉ la roche

A plot around 50 years old on the upper slopes of the Roche de Vergisson with very chalky soil. 100% vinified in casks, 1/5 of which are new; vinified and matured over 10 months.
